Smoking ban in Russia year 2015?

The Russian Prime Minister Dmitri A. Medvedev now calls for a ban on smoking in public places by year 2015. Medvedev thinks it’s a bad idea to let children I the country see people smoking in cafés, bars etc. Because it makes them think it’s something normal. He also purposes a ban for cigarette advertisement and increased taxes. As you can see on Cigaretteprices.net one pack of cigarettes in Russia now costs about 1.3 Euros.
